With three jam-packed days of CeBIT Australia 2017 right around the corner, it’s time to start planning out your days. With your Exhibition Pass you get access to a wealth of knowledge and insight at our free Showfloor Theatre presentations.

All will cover topics beneficial to your business and are based around topics such as digital marketing, user experience, workforce planning, cyber security, location data, the Internet of Things and a whole lot more. We’ve highlighted some of the talks to attend at next week’s event. Day 1: Tuesday

What: Delivering an authentic digital marketing experience

Who: Xero’s Global Head of Brand Strategy and Marketing, James Kyd

What: Outsmarting cyber criminals through engaged personnel

Who: Australia Post’s Chief Information Security Officer Kristin Lyons

Why: While systems and planning can get you to a certain point with cyber security, it’s educating your people to be alert and vigilant when using their machines at work that will really help keep your data safe. Lynos will explain how Australia Post is going about upskilling their team to outsmart the cyber vigilantes.

Why: It’s no secret Australia Post has undergone a large-scale transformation in the last 24-months. A big part of its transformation is in the digital space. The company’s new mobile digital identity platform is set to secure its digital ecommerce success. Australia Post has taken advantage of technology such as blockchain to enable secure identity verification. Bauchiere will reveal more and why it really is the future of identity in Australia.


What: Automating human behaviour: translating human cognition and decision making into software

Who: Presagen’s Co-Founder Dr Michelle Perugini

Dr Konstantopoulos will discuss how analytics are used at Atlassian to make better decisions for their customers.

Who: Employment Hero, Founder & CEO, Ben Thompson

Where: Theatre C
